late arrivals

10-minute grace period. arrivals beyond that may be changed to a shorter service if time allows, but still charged for the initial service. If my schedule does not allow, late arrivals may be rescheduled to a later time and loss of deposit.

a $20 deposit is required at booking and is applied to your service total.

rescheduling

Life happens, I get it! You can reschedule your appointment (with at least 24 hour notice) once without losing your deposit. Rescheduling the same appointment more than once will result in cancellation & loss of deposit, and must schedule new appointment to book.

I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment means loss of deposit + charged 50% of the service total. 
no-call/no-show means loss of deposit + charged 100% of service total, and blocked and banned from rebooking.

in-person press ons

I do not offer press-ons as a service during my in-person appointments. To order custom press-ons, please fill out the form on my website or DM me on Instagram. Please note that the timeline for custom press-ons is different from an in-person set. This is intentional & necessary in my process. Anyone booking for an in-person appointment but showing up wanting custom press-ons or another service not listed instead may have the service denied and treated as a same-day cancellation.

do you do acrylic?

no. i'm a gel-only suite — Gel-X, builder gel, and regular gel polish. no monomer, no fumes.

we have spa-only parking spaces in front of the building. please park in the spa specific parking, not the unmarked spaces by our neighbors! look for the big white SPA sign facing US-27.

how do I order?

To order, fill out the press-on form on my website or DM me on Instagram to get started. Include your inspo pics + as much detail about your set as possible — the more the better. I quote price, & once you order, I send you a custom sizing kit. (Or order a sizing kit on its own — only $10 & goes towards your custom total)

Once you get your sizing kit in the mail, find your sizes & send me a pic! As soon as I get yours, I’ll start working on your set!

how long does it take to get my press-ons?

custom sets are made and shipped within 14 business days of receiving your custom sizes.

Sizing kits are sent out within 3 days of ordering, and typically take 5-7 business days to arrive to you. Once you snap a pic of your custom sizes & send it to me, I start working!

Overall, the full process takes around 3 weeks from intial order to shipping your custom set to you.

If you’re on a time crunch, please communicate with me before ordering, as I may be able to accommodate for a smal rush fee.

do I need a sizing kit?

i'll mail you a free sizing kit when you place your order — just follow the included instructions & send me a pic of your sizes back once you get it.

Or, order a sizing kit for $10 if you don’t want to commit to ordering a custom set just yet. Don’t worry, it’ll get applied to your order should you chose to purchase a custom set after sizing. DM me to get started.

All sales are final. since every set is custom made & sized to you specifically, I cannot accept returns or refunds on any custom press on order or sizing kit. Thank you for your understanding.
